Return & Refund Policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Not to worry! We offer a simple, FREE return policy to ensure you feel 100% secure every time you shop with us.

  • Returns are accepted for FREE on all purchases except for:
    1. Items marked "Final Sale"
    2. Bulk purchase orders (defined as five (5) or more items in a single or multiple purchases within a 7-day period).
  • In order to receive a refund, your returned item must be unworn and include the manufacturer’s box with original tags. Lost In Laces reserves the right to refuse returns in which the returned merchandise is extensively worn and/or damaged.
  • You have 30 days after receiving your order to ship it back to us.
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns.
  • Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the purchase price along with any applicable taxes.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your package to process your refund. Keep in mind, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post a credit to your account.


Return Instructions

In order to initiate a return request, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Click here to request a return for a recent purchase. Please use the same email address you originally entered when you purchased your item.
  2. Once logged in, find the item you would like to submit a return for and click the "Request return" button.
  3. Select a reason for why you would like to return your item and click the "Request return" button.
  4. You will receive an email confirming your return request. Please allow us up to 2 business days to review your return request.
  5. Once your return request is approved, we will email you your return shipping label.
  6. Print the return shipping label and attach it to a shipping box. Any unmarked box will do - you can even use the shipping box your item originally came in.
  7. Visit the respective shipping carrier and drop off the package within 30 days of receiving your order. Important: We highly recommend you request a receipt when you drop off your return package, this will serve as your proof of shipment in case any issues arise.
  8. Be sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your return. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
  9. Check your email for confirmation your return has been received. We will email you once the return is complete and your refund has been processed.
